Larissa was a helpful tutor. I really appreciate when the tutors actually read what students put in the initial comment section. Other tutors simply ask the question again and I have to explain it all over, but Larissa was not repetitive; she had good communication as well. About tutor in general: the whiteboard is somewhat difficult to use. Pasting can be difficult, though I feel like I've encountered two types of whiteboards and one is easier to use over the other.
